Payment Policy
Payment had to be made within 5 business days, or else your orders will be canceled. We only accept PayPal and major credit card payment via PayPal.
For Singapore shoppers, ATM/iBank transfer are welcomed. You may check out the items first by not paying through PayPal, or simply contact me with your orders if you're unsure. I will reply you within 24 hours with your order confirmation and bank details for payment.

Buyers Privacy Policy
We protect your privacy as we do our own. When you have purchased orders from us, your payment details is made with PayPal's secure checkout page. Your contact details (ie. email address) will not be shared or sold to any third parties, never ever!

Delivery Policy
We ship worldwide, just as long PayPal accepts payment. If your country is not listed on our shipping zone, contact us and we will include you. To keep shipping costs low, we ship via surface mail. Air-mail or tracked packages can be arranged upon request with additional charges. Let us know and we'll work it out for you. We cannot be held responsible for purchases damaged during mail transits, or mails lost due to incorrect mailing address regardless of delivery by standard or tracked mail. If the mail is returned back to us, we are willing to mail it again after you have reconfirmed your correct mailing address with an additional postage charged.

Packaging Standards
We ensure all items are wrapped and packed in an enclosed padded envelope before they are sent. All items would either be in poly bags or tissue wraps. Because we want to be eco-friendly, materials used for packing are often recycled paper and wraps.

Store Return Policy
Items must be returned in their original condition plus wrappings and not worn/used before within 5 business days. We're unable to do the refunds until the package has been returned back to us.

Store Refund Policy
Yes, we offer upto 5 business days full refund under certain condition. If your purchase is not as described or doesn't look like what you saw from our photos, kindly inform us within 5 business days when you received your package. We're willing to refund 100% the amount of your purchase, excluding shipping fees that the customer had paid and will be paying for when returning the item/s back to us.
